Join us for a restorative and rejuvenating retreat where you will recharge in luxury while nestled in the hills of Costa Rica. The retreat will be held in Guanacaste, Costa Rica at a fully staffed, exclusive-use, private villa. The average daytime temperature in Guanacaste hovers between 84º and 90º F.

Accommodations
Nestled in the hills and only moments from the shore of Flamingo Beach, you'll be staying in a private, beautiful Costa Rican villa. The suites are complete with high-end finishes and unique, locally-made accents, providing you with a luxurious and charming living experience. And with an outdoor lounge terrace, yoga deck, outdoor showers, and a fire pit, you can enjoy Guanacaste and Flamingo Beach in priceless seclusion.
Travel
Passports
All travelers must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the trip return date as well as 4 blank pages for all international travel. The concierge will arrange a private car service as you arrive in Costa Rica and travel to the estate.

A valid passport is required and must be valid at least six (6) months after the date of travel.

Three weeks prior to departure for the retreat, you must supply your up-to-date flight information.

When you arrive at the Liberia International Airport, you will be greeted by Gretchen our retreat coordinator/facilitator and the villa concierge team.

On departure day, you will arrive to the airport after checking out of the resort. It is suggested to be at the international terminal 3 hours prior to your international departure.
What time should I arrange for my departure flight?
Please plan to depart from the Liberia Airport no earlier than 1pm Costa Rica time.
Travel Insurance
We strongly encourage that you insure your trip!
Travel insurance may cover you for UNFORESEEN events (weather, unexpected illness, death in the family, medical emergency, terrorist events, pandemic-related issues etc.). We strongly encourage the purchase of travel insurance to protect the cost of your investment in the event you must cancel or your trip is interrupted.
Should you decline purchasing travel insurance, neither BRAVE Company, LLC nor Villa Punto de Vista will be responsible for cancellation, check-in / check-out date modifications, emergency evacuation, accidents abroad, illness, lost baggage, flight mishaps, trip interruptions due to weather or any other reason, and/or travel supplier default. In the event that you have to cancel, modify or interrupt your trip, you acknowledge and agree that you may lose up to 100% of the total trip cost.
NOTE: Many insurance providers require you to purchase travel insurance within 14 days of the "service" you wish to insure.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in the retreat cost?
The package rate is inclusive of the following: • Accommodations • Chef-prepared meals, • Retreat programming • Mindfulness and wellness activities • Private transportation from the airport Airfare is not included.* If you choose to go to any additional excursions outside of the scheduled retreat activities, you will be responsible for the costs. But we can help you arrange reservations and transportation.
Do I need to book my own flight?
Yes, you are responsible for booking your own flight to and from the destination.
What time should I arrange for my departure flight?
Please plan to depart from the Liberia Airport no earlier than 1pm Costa Rica time.
Should I get travel insurance?
Travel insurance is strongly recommended as the retreat registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
When will I receive trip details?
Within one week of booking, you will receive a welcome message with general trip information. As the date of the retreat approaches, you will receive additional emails on specifics relevant to your retreat experience.
What if I want to arrive before the retreat and/or stay post-retreat?
You are more than welcome to book your travel to arrive early and/or stay post retreat. If you choose to do so, you will be responsible for identifying and paying for the cost of your lodging for those additional days.
Do I need a COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID test?
While Costa Rica does not require vaccination or a negative COVID test upon arrival, BRAVE Company, LLC DOES REQUIRE ATTENDEES to test negative for COVID-19 within 48 hours of their arrival to the retreat. Additional details on this process will be provided to confirmed attendees.
I might not be able to attend the whole retreat. Can I arrive late or leave early?
It is highly discouraged for attendees to arrive late or leave early. Please plan to attend the retreat for the entire duration. Given that the retreat has a maximum of 8-10 attendees, we have found it can be disruptive to the community that has been created if people leave early or arrive late. Each day has been carefully planned with each attendee in mind - from arrival to the closing dinner.
Is my purchase refundable or transferable?
The retreat is a non-refundable/non-transferable purchase and is considered confirmed at the time of booking. Retreat payments cannot be transferred to future bookings. No cancellation can be made. If cancellation takes place, 100% of your retreat fee shall be forfeited.
